We examine Pre-Deal (due diligence, ideation, and ideal support) and Post-Deal (Value Creation and exit) support. Working with leading organisations, family offices, entrepreneurs, and investors, we help design and build new educational ventures.

We work with companies and investors, applying innovative support services and digital tools that strengthen assessment, teaching and learning inside and outside the classroom, increasing school systems' overall effectiveness.
